Mayan Day Out of Time

The Day out of time is the culmination of the 13 Moon Calendar year originated from the Mayan science of time. They were excellent mathematicians and astronomers and were able to create time measurements consisting of  complex calculations based on biological, galactic and cultural cycles.

On this day, Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun and the day is observed as a day free of time.  This 'free day' is the closing of a 13 cycle of 28 days totaling 364 days in the year.  This “extra’ 24 hour period is the 365th day and synchronized to July 25th, but has no day, week or  month.

While it is celebrated like  a “Leap Day/New Years Eve”, on a higher level it is a day of sacred pause, atonement, purification and an opportunity to reflect and celebrate before the New Year begins on July 26th.  Give yourself a much needed “Time Out” and take this day to unplug from the mundane and connect with Mother Earth, humanity, community and family to appreciate the magic of life and pure timelessness. As a day free of time, it’s  charged with spiritual energy providing unusual access to higher frequency portals - opening intense connections with the spiritual world. Send positive vibrations to bless and connect to the Oneness of creation.
